I used Mark as my Buyer's agent and feel very fortunate to have had such a great home-buying experience.  Mark is a great teacher and helped me through the entire sale process.

At our first meeting, Mark went over the process of buying a home, familiarizing me with legal documents as well as all the steps involved in buying a house.  He explained market conditions in the towns that interested me and using my personal criteria and recent sales in town, provided me with a projected range that I could expect to pay for what I wanted. 

We didn't find the perfect house that first day, but Mark entered my criteria into a program that e-mailed me anytime a new house came on the market matching my needs.  Every day when I checked my e-mail, I knew immediately if there were any homes I might want to see.  All I needed  to do was e-mail or call Mark to set up appointments.

When I found my house I felt really comfortable during the negotiating process because I was already educated about the market, how the process was going to work, and had a mortgage pre-approval.  Mark had helped me to find a Home Inspector, Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Attorney so after that it was a cake walk.  I would recommend Mark to anyone interested in Buying a house.
